（1）
酒店布草洗滌用水要求：PH值6.5-7；總硬度不超過50ppm;鐵不超過0.1mg/L；錳不超過0.05mg/L硬水中的鈣和鎂在洗滌時帶有正電荷，形成鈣鎂皂，沉積織物上使白色植物發灰，失去光澤、改變色光，嚴重會造成纖維變脆、折斷、牢度低。

(3) Chemical residue. Chlorine bleaching agent is one of the washing chemicals with strong oxidation. It is relatively safe and normal when the dosage is reasonable and the temperature is controlled below 70 ℃ at the ph value of 10.5. However, when the dosage and temperature are not properly controlled, chlorine bleaching agent residues will be formed, and the damage to the fabric is beyond doubt. Easy oxygen bleaching will cause relatively low damage to plants. 90% of hotel dirty linen does not need oxidation treatment. The hotel laundry can be washed regularly with ionic detergent. It can prolong the service life of pure cotton hotel linen, reduce linen loss and save energy consumption.

(4) Neutralizer is a chemical added in the last procedure of the normal washing process, which can neutralize a small amount (≤ 10ppm) of alkaline chemicals and chlorine bleach remaining in the cloth after the first several washing procedures and after the water is added, and dissolve some metal ions in the water. The correct dosage can adjust the PH value of the cloth between 5.5 and 6.5, which is basically consistent with the PH value of the human body. It is safe. The fabric will still be in the normal service life. However, the improper use of a large amount of neutralizer will make the fabric acid, thus reducing the fabric fastness.
