    一、溫度

    熨燙溫度是影響熨燙效果的主要因素。如果熨燙溫度過高,超過面料允許受熱溫度,面料易燙黃、燙焦、變形,甚至融化掉;熨燙溫度過低,雖不損傷面料,但達不到熨燙效果。目前,酒店或者洗衣機構大多使用的洗衣設備都是自動化、多功能化的機器,它的整個工作步驟都是程序化的,對于熨燙來說,只要根據不同的面料在平燙機上設置溫度就可以了。

    熨燙過程中的潤濕十分重要。其主要作用就是使水分子進入纖維內部分子之間,增大分子間距離并對分子鏈之間的運動起到潤滑作用,使纖維膨脹伸縮,變得柔軟且易于變形,從而進一步改變纖維特征,給熨燙加工提供變形或定型的條件。但濕度應控制在一定范圍內,過濕或過干都不利于布草平整度。
